- What it is
- A self-led, unguided day of Theravada practice, including morning and evening Pūjā and Dhamma reflections, periods of self-led practice, meal sharing, an afternoon tea break, and self-reflection (Attaññuta).

- 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- What to bring
- Your own water, mat, cushion, lunchbox and utensils, and any necessary personal essentials for a day outdoors. Please bring your own meal in a personal lunchbox. Vegetarian food and drinks to share are also welcome in the spirit of dāna.
- Who can join
- Participants with prior meditation experience who are comfortable maintaining their own sitting and walking routine.
- Other notes
- Personal Dhamma reading or audio talks may complement sitting practice. To maintain an undisturbed environment, please listen to all audio privately using earphones.
